My dissertation explored the leadership preferences of Generation Z (born around 1995). The focus of my short-term and long-term research goals remains centric to this generational cohort. However, generational differences in the workplace is a broader topic that I have aims to research. Trends in higher education and women's leadership issues have also become avenues of research I am currently working in.
An opportunity to train local schools to incorporate trauma-informed practices has allowed me to explore a wider scope of research regarding education. A series of side projects on this topic have resulted in a study I will be presenting at conference in 2020.
In recent years, I have also become quite interested in mixed method and ethnomethodological designs.
