Who knew over fifteen years ago that a mall job as a Christmas elf would turn into a lifelong career and passion?  Business, and in particular leadership, has always fascinated me.  Now, I am fortunate to combine my professional experience (business operations and analytics) with my scholarly pursuits (educating others and publishing my own research).

I am a mom, a professional, a learner, a teacher, a member of the community, and a leader.  

​I hold a BA in Linguistics, an MBA, and DM in Organizational Leadership.  I am currently a research fellow and consultant to schools in Idaho.
